Does anyone know process for and approx length of time it takes to become member of pool located in Bluff Park where the Art show is every year?

I want to belong to it in a couple of years, ideally. Also, does anyone know where I can call to find out cost?

It took us two years and that was about seven years ago. I hear now it can be three or four years. It is the best money we have ever spent since our kids practically live there in the summer.
