Has anyone filed a complaint about this dog (that barks non-stop for hours every night)? I have tried to contact the owners but no one comes to the door. The dog is also not fenced up and tends to wander around.

What does the dog look like? We live on Old Briar and have some dogs that bark through the night, but they stay in the fence.

This one is a brown medium sized dog. Got in touch with the owner finally but they seemed to think it wasn't their responsibility to keep the dog quiet. Dog is still loose and still barking at night. Not sure what I should do now :(

We do have leash laws, and if the pound people catch the dog, it'll cost them to get the dog back.

If you didn't think you saw tags on the dog, you could call and have them investigate ;)
