If you were house shopping and the house looked great and had very high-end luxury vinyl flooring in it that was in superb condition, would you shy away from buying the house because of this factor? Hypothetically, let's say you sincerely think it looks realistic and can only tell different when you touch it.

I think if you pay the money for luxury vinyl flooring, you might check around and see what good laminate would cost...even check on ebay. Alot of times you can get it for a good price, you just have to order enough (most of the time enough for whole house).
