We have had forum members e-mail us to tell us that the Bluff Park Forum was not looking right on their computer. Some issues mentioned were that the topics were not lined up, sections cut off, and unable to make long posts without having to make multiple posts.

This is most likely due to having installed a new browser on the computer, specifically Internet Explorer (IE) 7 or IE 8.

When Microsoft introduced the new Internet Explorer they recognized that some web sites were not written for the new standard, and therefore the sites would not look "right" in the new browser. In order to compensate for this, they added a button called "Compatibility View". You can click on this when a web site is not looking right. Once clicked it will reformat the page in IE 7/8 in order to make it "look right".

To use the Compatibility View feature, simply click on the Compatibility View Control when the page doesn't look right. Here's what it looks like:
