From Alford Ave Vet Hospital:

We had a dog dropped off at the clinic this afternoon that was talking down Alford Avenue.

Short brown hair
Med in size
hound/lab/ridgeback (but small in size)
skinny but not under weight
has a camo collar and what looks like a purple and red or pink flee collar
