We have not had a thread for business ideas in a while so I will start one.
We have seen several new businesses coming to Hoover near Bluff Park including Sprouts, At Home, and a new ER that broke ground last week. Bluff Park has a new restaurant opening soon-- El Gringo!
The conversation of a restaurant started on this forum a few years ago.

Also, on Shades Crest Road (Bluff Park Diner complex) Kasey Davis Dentistry is now open and Over the Mountain Designs opens next to Bluff Park Hardware soon.

There are several open spaces in Bluff Park Village, Shades Mountain Plaza and other empty free standing buildings. We also have a few empty lots for sale around the neighborhood. Some lots would have to go through rezoning to be commercial.

Taking all the above into consideration, what else would you like to see in Bluff Park? What types of free standing businesses would you like to see? How about shops in the strip malls? What shops would you like to see?

Here are a few ideas from me, and remember that several Bluff Park complex and land owners are on this forum. Your post for ideas could help them bring in businesses you want... or don't

1.Coffee Shop
2.Spa/nail salon
3.Speciality Food store/ Cafe
4.Gift Shop (general)
5.Bakery
6.Tea Shop

Definitely NOT a Walmart or another gas station!
