A few nights ago, a resident was jogging in the Carisbrooke neighborhood. A white pickup truck, driven by a younger white male, came up from behind, very close, slowed down and yelled profane language at the jogger. Before that, he was driving around the neighborhood at a high rate of speed. The male was then seen taking mail from a mailbox on Burbank Drive.

The pickup was described as: older (possibly Chevy S10), white (condition of truck was described as poor) with a loud muffler.

If you see this vehicle, call the non-emergency number 822-5300. If you can do so safely, try to get the tag number and give Dispatch a direction of travel. Responding Officers will attempt to locate and identify the occupants.
