Bluff Park gathering will honor founding families of historic community

HOOVER, Alabama - The Artists on the Bluff arts center is holding a reception for the founding families of Hoover's Bluff Park community on Friday, April 19.

The event is being held in conjunction with a book signing of the "Bluff Park" book written by Bluff Park resident and native Heather Skaggs and published in February as part of Arcadia Publishing's Images of America series.
