Help Us Identify These Thieves!
The thieves pictured at the link stole restaurant equipment from the Fish Market on Hwy 280 during the early morning hours on October 27th. Each suspect has tattoos on his arms and one has a tattoo on his shoulder. They hauled off the stolen equipment using a pickup truck and trailer (unknown brand or colors). ARRESTS MADE IN BUSINESS BURGLARY; SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA.

On October 27th, 2013 the U.S. 280 location of the Fish Market restaurant was burglarized during the night. A large piece of commercial kitchen equipment was stolen. Surveillance photographs were placed on the Hoover Police Facebook page.
These photographs led to the identification and arrests of the three individuals who were involved.

Those arrested are:

Darrius Daniel Moon
DOB May 1988 from Birmingham
Conspiracy to Commit Theft
Bond $10,000
Shelby County Jail

Richard Allen Blackerby
DOB December 1985, from Calera
Theft of Property 1st Degree
Bond $20,000
Shelby County Jail

Wesley Herbert Tennyson III
DOB July 1989
Theft of Property 1st Degree
Bond $20,000
Chilton County Jail
