Bluff Park, it's that time of year again!  Time to get your running shoes on and join the Shades Crest Baptist Church 13th Annual High Country 5K Race.  Nothing like seeing hundreds of runners running through beautiful Bluff Park.  The race this year is going to be on

There will be a free kids' Fun Run at 9:00am. The 3rd Annual Elementary School Team Challenge for Hoover elementary schools will also be part of the event.  
 
Pre-registration costs are the following:  
      - $25 between March 22 and April 4
   - $30 on Race Day.  
    
Entrance fee includes: t-shirt for the runner, pre-race pasta dinner on Friday night, April 4th, catered by California Pizza Kitchen, and a post-race pancake breakfast during the Award's Ceremony for the runners and their families.
