The Hoover City Council has scheduled public hearings on the following planning and zoning items for its Nov. 5 meeting:  some items involving Bluff Park
 
More new homes on Valley Street:
Valley Street, request to rezone 605 Valley St. and 610 Valley St. from multi-family to single-family to allow construction of two single-family homes.
