I have a slight issue, the house behind me sold to some young galls, some are renting rooms and I think one is the owner of the home.
 
I was told that they would be getting a privacy fence built and they wanted to have it go all the way around the property (taking down the chain link fence on the back and 2 sides) I do not want the chain-link taken down on my end because that is all I have all the way around my property. Does anyone know what the duel ownership of the line is like in the area?? I would think that they would have to build the privacy fence inside their property line. What is the coding on fences in Hoover.. or do we have one?
