Barking dog on Old Briar Trail (Read 1047 times)

laurenrachel YaBB Newbies I Love Bluff Park! Posts: 10	Barking dog on Old Briar Trail 10/23/08 at 1:54am Has anyone filed a complaint about this dog (that barks non-stop for hours every night)? I have tried to contact the owners but no one comes to the door. The dog is also not fenced up and tends to wander around.

Got in touch with the owner finally but they seemed to think it wasn't their responsibility to keep the dog quiet. Dog is still loose and still barking at night. Not sure what I should do now

JBH YaBB Moderator I Love Bluff Park! Posts: 246	Re: Barking dog on Old Briar Trail Reply #3 - 11/02/08 at 9:52pm We do have leash laws, and if the pound people catch the dog, it'll cost them to get the dog back. If you didn't think you saw tags on the dog, you could call and have them investigate

Call Animal Control @ 444-7760 - you will probably get their voice mail. Leave your information and either Robert or Danny will call you back. They can tell you what your options are under the : Noise & Running At large Ordinance. Good Luck.
