Lillian Bradberry Letter - SCAM (Read 1175 times)

Susan YaBB Newbies I Love Bluff Park! Posts: 4	Lillian Bradberry Letter - SCAM 12/29/08 at 6:19pm Just wondering if anyone else received a letter from Lillian Bradberry today. It's a photocopy of a handwritten letter asking for money to help her. She says she is a disabled raising 6 grandchildren and lists a number of health issues that she and the grandchildren have. I feel guilty but suspect this is some type of scam.

I smell a scam.
sounds like the same kind of thing that was going on with a girl going door to door asking for money for a prescription med for child (or self) except this is a letter.

if you can email me a copy of the letter I can check into it.
does it give an address to send money or anything like that?
Do you or anyone know a Lillian Bradberry in Bluff Park?

The address is Lillian Bradberry, 1520 Highland Drive, B'ham, AL 35235, Phone # 815-0828. Not sure but I think this is Bessemer???? I'm also going to send a copy to the Hoover Police. Thanks.
