Be on the Look Out for a black truck (shiny black with a red sticker on the back window)  small to normal size possibly scoping neighborhoods in Bluff Park. I saw it this morning after 10am in the Chapel Road /Farley area. the truck drove down my friends street very slow,  at each home on one side of the street. At first we thought they may have been hanging advertisements on mail boxes but that was not the case. We watched them go down the entire street like this.
 
The Hoover police were called and we had a officer and 2 police cars at the house not long after. They said they would patrol this area and keep an eye out. They had already checked most of the side streets off my friends street when they came but did not see the truck any more.
 
We did not see the driver or if there was a passenger.  
 
I have a photo but it is not the best. Got it heading to the street to watch where the truck was going.

This looks similar to truck that we encountered a while back when dude was trying to break in our house- we are assuming that is why he was in our backyard anyway. See my post (Almost Robbed Just Now) for more details. We were never positive of the color of truck. It looked black to me and my hsuband said may have been green or blue. He is color blind and din't have on his glasses during encounter. I think it was black.
