Referral for home repairs

I have a customer who is in need of repairs to her floor joist under her home and some sub flooring replaced.  I was talking to her yesterday and I think quotes she has received so far are way to high.  I told her about this web site address but thought I would start the topic for her.  Thanks in advance for your help.
