Not sure what he was driving, but the County has a contractor in our area making sure to find all the manholes - they are getting ready to line some of the sewer pipe - I actually have a manhole in my backyard - I would not have believed unless I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.   He said that some runoff water from the various creeks/ditches that run from the top of Shades Crest Road has been getting into the sewer lines - thus the relining.
