We received the following e-mail on 2/21/11:

Found Black and White Cat in the Hoover/Bluff Park Area

He was found on 2/8/11. He is black with a white chest, feet and belly. He has been declawed and neutered. He has a short tail and was wearing a red collar. He is super sweet and friendly.
