WANTED PERSON!!!  
     ISMAIL MUTTALIB aka ISHUMEL SMITH is wanted for felony warrants related to Illegal Possession and Fraudulent Use of stolen credit cards. He is a 31 year-old black male, 5’10”, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and bla...ck hair. Muttalib is from Georgia, will probably be in a vehicle with Georgia license plates, and may have other suspects with him.
 
     He and other members of his group are suspected in several car break-ins around Hoover and surrounding areas. They will usually take stolen credit cards to local stores and purchase merchandise or gift cards before the victim cancels the credit cards. Just last week, Muttalib entered a multi-level office building and stole a women’s purse from off her desk during the lunch hour. If you see Muttalib, do not approach and call 911 immediately! Stay on the line with dispatchers and be the best witness you can. Remember, you can make a difference!
