I had to get some minor work done on my house recently. Went to Bluff Park hardware to get referrals. The second number I called gave me an acceptable estimate on the phone and was at my house less than 10 (ten) minutes after we finished talking on the phone. The price dropped immediately when he saw the job in person. It was 4pm and Bluff Park hardware still being open, Michael Gams:
http://www.mkgstudiosllc.com/ was able to get the needed materials and start/finish the job by 7pm. The work was well done and not only did he not try to upsell the job or go over the initial estimate, the final cost was more than a fair price and less than the initial estate. Mr Gams was clean, his tools were clean, his service truck spotless. I had no problem leaving him alone in my home. A lot of builders and contractors I've met are questionable in appearance and countenance. Mr Gams is clearly a professional in appearance, work product, and speech. He lives in and is based out of Bluff Park. So, ask Bluff Park hardware next time you need work done at your home. You will not be dissapointed.
