DEA take back day

Does Anybody know much about the DEA take back day. It suppose to be on Saturday 4/27

If you are not a reisdent of Hoover can you take back meds/drugs to the Hoover department or does it need to be the city of where you can prove residency?

Is is strictly prescription pills or can it be over the counter meds that has been expired?

Does the information on the prescription bottle have to match the name of the person who has it?
