I agree. Traditionally Bluff Park has the highest voter turnout of any precinct in Hoover. There's approximately 3,000 homes in what is considered Bluff Park (give or take a couple of hundred). As of 5:30 pm yesterday the machine that I put my ballot in read "193", when usually it reads in the 400-500 range (and that's with two machines there). I'm hoping that the runoff will have a better turnout.
