I posted this info under the subject New Hoover PD but wanted to also post it separately so that people would be on the lookout for this person and car.
 
This afternoon around 4:15 there was a very creepy white person driving an older model white "Chevy Malibu-type" vehicle very slowly around and around the streets near the swimming pool and behind the elementary school.  The weather was very nice this afternoon and no coat was needed, but this person had on a toboggan pulled low on the face and over the ears and was wearing a heavy-type coat pulled up around their neck.  Because of this, I couldn't tell if it was a man or woman, but I am assuming a man.  It appeared to me that this person was checking out houses and people on the street.  I was working in my yard and he slowly drove by my house three times slowing down each time and "watching" me.  The first time I didn't think anything about it, but a few minutes later, there he was again and I felt uneasy, and by the third time I was so spooked I didn't dare go out into the street to get a tag number.  In fact, I hurriedly ran into the house because I saw that he was turning his car around to come back again.    
 
Please be on the alert for this car and person in your neighborhood.  It may have been nothing, but I have felt very uncomfortable since this afternoon and I tend to trust my instincts.  If I see him again, I will definitely get a tag number and post it and give it to the Hoover PD.
