Somebody I know who lives in one of the Bluff Park Apartments collects aluminum cans to recycle. He has been doing this the past several months. He had his bin outside, because there is not enough space in his apartment. It had been outside for several days. I cann't remember the exact day, but about a week ago he found them missing. He told me that he thinks somebody was paying attention to when he was coming and going, and came when he was not there, because surely if it happened during the night there would have been enough noise to be heard. He told me there was probably about $40.00 worth. I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but that can add up, and with people scrownging for money now adays, anything can help right?
