Is it opening or just have a sign at the moment? another Chinese place??? does seem odd to have 2 right in the same area.. wonder if the owners of New China also own it or same family owns it??

I would love a ice cream place or a snow-biz/ shaved ice.
Its a little specialized but I also thought about a doggie bakery or something like Three Dog Bakery. I saw one on a trip that was in a neighborhood that had a dog park in walking distance.... dont really know that would work in Shades Mtn Shopping center but I have seen lots of people walking their dogs on Park Ave.
