Found Dog - Farley area

We received the following e-mail:

"Attached is a picture of a dog that has shown up at my house.

He’s wearing a blue/turquoise color collar. It also looks like he has white flea collar.
There aren’t any tags on them.

He’s been around my house (Farley Road area) the past few nights & mornings."
