Lost Golden Retriever (Read 6883 times)

Bluff Park Guy Full Member I Love Bluff Park! Posts: 119	Lost Golden Retriever 08/04/11 at 3:12pm My Golden Retriever ran away from the house this morning 8/4 because of thunder. He is an old male with a blue collar. The collar has Bluff Park Animal Clinic tags on it. His name is Jake an he was last seen at the Crest Lane/Park Avenue area. Please call 563-1260 if seen or found. Thanks

Bluff Park Guy,
I am so sorry he is still missing. I see the signs when I walk at Park Avenue. There are 2 wooded lots near Pioneer Playschool (where you said some walkers told you they may have seen him) One is behind the school and one is just before you get to the school on the left on Chapel road (there is an empty house for sale next to it) If it was your dog they saw he may be hiding in the woods. We hear a lot of barking when out walking right around there but I don't know who has dogs around that area and who does not so I don't want to send false hope it could be a dog in its own yard.

Maztek is the road that runs between the new subdivision and back into the older neighborhood. I have driven back in there several times looking for him but there a ton of houses back in that area.
