There are two lab-type dogs running loose in the Rockview Lane/Cloudland Avenue/Swimming Pool area.  One is yellow and one is chocolate.  They both have collars on and the yellow one appears to have a piece of a restraint type rope/leash hanging down from its collar where it has broken loose.  They do not seem to be aggressive but I have a small dog and did not attempt to call them because I have no where to put them.  I have notified Animal Control that they are loose, have collars, and do not appear to be aggressive.
