The Vineyard - Sunday Evening Discipleship Classes  
Classes for all ages are available beginning September 22. The Vineyard presents an opportunity to help you with your spiritual formation. Please prayerfully consider the following choices (adult classes) described below:
 
Dynamic Marriage - Ann and Gary Jordan (limited space)
A Preview Session for the Dynamic Marriage Class will be held this Wednesday (August 28) in the Charter Chapel beginning at 5:30 PM and will last 20 minutes. Should you have any questions before then, please contact Ann or Gary Jordan at 205-823-5569.
 
Becoming A Contagious Christian - Brian Lee
Becoming A Contagious Christian is an opportunity for believers to learn how to communicate their faith in a natural and non-threatening fashion by learning the following skills:
* how to share the gospel message in an understandable and compelling way
* how to share their own story with their seeking friends
* how to answer questions that may arise
* how to assist those who are ready to respond
If you're wanting to have a more compelling Christian influence on others, then make plans to be with us for "Becoming a Contagious Christian."
 
Renewing Your Spiritual Passion - Clella Lee
Most church-goers have a desire to experience a life-giving, life-changing relationship with God. Though they faithfully attend and maybe even serve, they live with a vague sense that there has to be something more, or they wish for some magical spiritual breakthrough. "Renewing Your Spiritual Passion" is an opportunity to examine some of the possible blocks to your spiritual vitality and explore ways you can open your spirit to a fresh movement of God in your life. There are no gimmicks and no shortcuts in cultivating intimacy with God, but there are some paths that can lead to a renewed sense of spiritual energy and wholeness. Join us as we journey together to find them.  
 
Uniquely You, by Mels Carbonell -co-taught by Treva Medbery and Rhett Whitley, assisted by Kay Barnes
This course will help you better understand your personality profile and spiritual gifts and how to use them in ministry; it will also provide you with SCBC and community ministry applications. You will be given a profile and survey to test your spiritual gifts and how your personality work together in ministry. The scriptures say that at spiritual birth we all are given at least one gift. If you don't know yours, or if you want to better understand your gift(s) then this class is for you. Husbands and wives and teens are encouraged to attend together.
