My family is looking to relocate to Bluff Park in the next few months.  We would like to find a house within walking distance to the elementary school/pool.  We have two small children. Do any of you know of any houses in that area that will be coming on the market in the spring? We need at least a 3 bedroom 2 bath with about 2,000 sq feet.  We like older homes especially with original bathroom tile.  We are looking on streets such as Cloudland, Bluff Rd, Rockview, Lester, Rockland, Park Ave, etc.  Thanks!
