"Sealing" the parking lot @ the Pig

I know that this shopping plaza has many different owners but wish they would get on the same page and resurface the entire parking lot. This parking lot has a tremendous amount of pot holes and all they seem to do about the problem is put several patches on it and then reseal it. You would think if they wanted to attract more tennants that they would spend some money on upgrades.

I agree. Seems to me it would be easier and more cost-effective in the long run to do the whole thing all at once instead of piecing together repair work. I think it would really make a difference in patronage. People like to shop in well-kept areas. Would one choose the Summitt or Eastlake Mall (althought they are trying to revilatize that area)?
