Hello everyone,
I have submitted a request to our Police Computer Specialist
to obtain all car break-in reports from the Bluff Park area this year.
I should have the results, and an update from the Property Detective
handling the cases, tomorrow afternoon.

Take care,

Officer Foreman

Below you will find the information I was provided regarding recent break-ins.  Blood was found inside
one of the vehicles and a cigarette butt near the outside of another (the husband and wife didn't smoke).  As of the time of this post, Detectives advise me there are no other leads.  We are still waiting
on the results from forensics tests.  I will post additional information and comments in a later post.

Take care,

Officer Foreman

My friends car was one the 7 or so that was broken into at Ashford. I am glad mind has been ok. knock on wood. I don't if certain people like cars on the street and if others hit apartment parking lots, or if its just random choosing?

Officer Foreman, can you post block numbes, cause that way one could look at a map and see if the locations are close together. Didn't know if that would make a difference.

These dates are very interesting. Was there a reason why they were done on Veterans day and Easter? Because many of the dates fell around Holiday times, is there a higher chance for people to be out of town or having family dinner maybe in the next suburb. so the accused can do what they did?

The most concerning part of this story to me is the fact that somebody (two people) left pistols in unlocked cars.

That is plain stupid and irresponsible.
